Supporting Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
At Love of Rose, we’re here to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in building the skills they need for both work and daily life. We team up with high school students from the Gadsden, Deming, Alamogordo, and Las Cruces school districts, partnering with local businesses to open doors to job opportunities. Alongside practical skills, we focus on empowering self-advocacy, helping each person grow the confidence and independence they need to succeed in the workplace and beyond.
